Nascenda takes a different approach: three body oils, one specifically formulated for each chapter of the motherhood journey — pregnancy, postpartum, and the years after weaning.
Our Provenance
The Finest Mediterranean Botanicals
Every Nascenda oil is made from the finest plants and botanicals that have been grown and used across the Mediterranean basin for centuries. We use organic ingredients where they are available at the quality we require, with full traceability and verified origin. Each oil is selected not only for its purity, but also its chemical composition, absorption rate, how well the skin tolerates it, and what it does for the body in that particular phase.
The oils are hand-blended in small batches on the island of Cyprus, our home in the heart of the Mediterranean. Small batches keep each blend fresh, and ensure the highest quality control in terms of what goes in each bottle. There are no synthetic ingredients and no artificial fragrance.

Iliyana Zheleva · Founder & Formulator
Before Nascenda, Iliyana Zheleva spent twenty years in finance — a discipline that taught her to trust nothing she could not verify. She brings the same scrutiny to every ingredient: each botanical traced to its source, chosen for measurable effect, not trendiness.
A qualified accountant, she is also a certified integrative nutrition health coach and a nutritional therapy practitioner. Two disciplines that rarely meet — financial precision and a holistic understanding of the body — and together they define how every Nascenda oil is made. She regards the body as one intelligent system, where what is applied to the skin and what nourishes it from within are never truly separate.
The idea of Nascenda was conceived during her own pregnancy and the months that followed, when she realised no one was formulating for these phases as genuinely distinct, each with its own needs.
