Nascenda is a brand operated by Numastar Ltd., a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus. All intellectual property related to the Nascenda brand is owned by or licensed to Numastar Ltd.

2. Eligibility to purchase

To place an order on this Site, you must:

• be at least 18 years old
• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• provide accurate, complete, and current information during checkout

3. Products & use

Our products are cosmetic body oils intended for external use only.

They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

You are responsible for:

• reviewing ingredient lists prior to use
• discontinuing use if irritation or adverse reactions occur
• seeking professional advice if you have medical concerns

Individual results may vary.

4. Orders & contract formation

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• A binding contract is formed only once you receive an order confirmation email
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected misuse, or fraud

5. Prices & payment

• Prices are displayed in EUR, unless stated otherwise
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe)

We do not store or process your payment card details directly.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms, processing times, delivery estimates, and customer responsibilities are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns, refunds & replacements

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this exemption where applicable.

9. Intellectual property

All content available on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, product descriptions, designs, trademarks, logos, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to Numastar Ltd.

Nothing on this Site grants you any licence or right to use such intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of purchase will apply.
